Fuyung Hai

Another alternative to cook scramble egg. Here it is, the famous Chinese food; Fuyung Hai.
Ingredients:
Omelet:
- 4 eggs, stir
- 150gr canned crabmeat
- 1stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 garlic, ground
- Salt and peppers
Sauce:
- 2 garlic, ground
- Peas
- 5tbs tomato sauce
- Water
- 2 teaspoon corn flour, melt it with hot water
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
