Found the recipe over the internet. Tried it many times. First time with own made skin but next times I just used spring roll instant skin which less hectic. You can do both, but if you use instant skin, better you put double wrap because it’s so thin. In this picture using own made skin.
Ingredients:
Skin:
- 450 gr flour
- 5 tbs sun flower oil
- 165 cc water
- Salt
Filling:
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 500 gr minced beef
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Direction:
1. Mix all skin ingredients until smooth and oily. Leave it for 2 hours and make 8 balls. Press those balls with wood roller as skin.
2. Saute garlic, shallots and onions. Add minced beef.
3. Take it from the stove and mix it with green onion, egg, salt and pepper.
4. Heat oil in big flat pan and spread the skin over it. Put 2 table spoons the filling and warp with the skin. Do it carefully.
5. Fry until browny
6. Done.
