Easy dessert. Oven is not necessary at all!
Ingredients:
- 18 waffle (size 6 x 8.5 cm)
- 800 gr whipping cream
- 500 gr speisequark
- 800 gr Rote Grütze (fruit syrup, usually for yoghurt or ice cream)
- 6 tea spoons sugar
Direction:
1. Mix whipping cream, speisequark, and sugar with mixer
2. Take 9 waffles, arrange into 3 rows and 3 column in square bowl
3. Smeared with half of mixed cream
4. Put the rest 9 waffles as a second layer and smeared it again with the rest half cream
5. At the end, add the rote grütze as closing layer
6. Keep in the fridge before you eat it
