Don’t know the official name of this cake. I name it simple cake cos it is so simple to make. Got the recipe from a friend which simply calls it yellow simple cake. I make it simpler with remove the yellow hehe…But the taste is really good. Just add a cup of tea and sit in balcony to enjoy the day.
Ingredients:
- 500 gr margarine
- 500 gr sugar
- 500 gr flour
- 10 eggs
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
Direction:
1. Put margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and mix it with mixer.
2. When the sugar already smooth mixed, add flour and baking powder until all mixed
3. Heat oven in 150° and bake it for one hour.
