
Got the recipe from Marie but I did some few changes since I’m not really into cinnamon and I have no idea what is evaporate milk…Hm…
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed pumpkin meat (cook the pumpkin first and mash it with spoon)
- 1 ½ cups plain milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (still too much for me eeeww…and original recipe was 2 teaspoon!)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
Direction:
1. Put all ingredients in a big bowl and use mixer to mix it.
2. Heat oven in 180° and bake it for 40 minutes
3. Done. I love to eat it hot and hubby loves it when it’s cold

Pake cinnamon say, tapi cuman 1 sendok teh, itupun bagi gue kebanyakan. Tapi tetep enak kok…Gue suka pas anget2anya, laki gue suka pas udah dingin hehe…
Iyah gue juga pake labu yang gede, itu yang di foto cuman labu hiasan. Labu asli tapi gak untuk dimakan…:D
