Since we moved to a new place, I didn’t really cook properly again. Well, still busy with house renovation and the proper kitchen will be delivered in around next 5 weeks still. So, this is one of my fast-making plus delicious recipes

- salty soy sauce<br />
- sweet soy sauce<br />
- pepper powder<br />
- instant spices (maggi or knorr)<br />
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped<br />
- 1 shallot, fine cut<br />
- 2 tbs oil to fry<br />
- 2 sesame oil<br />
- bean sprouts<br />

2. Add meat<br />
3. Add green peas and bean sprouts, stir<br />
4. Pour sesame oil, sweet soy sauce and salty soy sauce<br />
5. Add instant spices and pepper<br />

No Hoka-Hoka Bento in Germany and I’m dying of my fave menu there, beef teriyaki! But well, let’s try to make it. Guess what, it’s even yummier than HokBen’s. Will be perfect to eat it with hot rice.

Found the recipe over the internet. Tried it many times. First time with own made skin but next times I just used spring roll instant skin which less hectic. You can do both, but if you use instant skin, better you put double wrap because it’s so thin. In this picture using own made skin.

<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">- 500 gr minced beef</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">- 2 shallots, chopped</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">- 1 onion, chopped</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">- 1 stalk green onion, chopped</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">- 1 tbs curry powder</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">- 3 eggs</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">- Salt and pepper</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Direction:</span></strong></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">1. Mix all skin ingredients until smooth and oily. Leave it for 2 hours and make 8 balls. Press those balls with wood roller as skin.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">2. Saute garlic, shallots and onions. Add minced beef.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">3. Take it from the stove and mix it with green onion, egg, salt and pepper. </span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">4. Heat oil in big flat pan and spread the skin over it. Put 2 table spoons the filling and warp with the skin. Do it carefully.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">5. Fry until browny</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:36pt;text-indent:-18pt;"><span lang="EN-US">6. </span>Done.</p>
