Another recipe I got from cooking magazine Lisa (German edition). Chili free&#8230;Not hot at all, at least for me  
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, diced

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>- 1 onion, diced<br />
- 2 garlic, diced<br />

- 150 ml instant chicken stock<br />
- dried oregano</p>
<p><strong>Direction:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Season chicken with salt and      pepper</li>
<li>Heat oil and sear the chicken</li>
<li>Take out the chicken and sauté      garlic, onion and paprika in the same oil</li>
<li>Add paprika powder, tomato      puree. Stir</li>
<li>Add canned diced tomato,      oregano and chicken stock. Stir</li>
<li>Put the chicken in again.      Cook it 30 minute in a close pan. Don’t forget to turn over the chicken      every 10 minutes.</li>

Ingredients:

<p>For 4 people</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>- 1 shallot<br />
- 2 garlic<br />
- 2 tbs oil<br />
- 250gr jasmine rice (original: risotto rice. I never make risotto before so I don’t know if the rice is different though)<br />
- 100 ml white wine<br />
- 500 ml Maggi stocks<br />
- 500 gr pumpkin meat<br />
- 50 gr spinach<br />
- 200 gr sweet korn<br />
- 2 tbs butter<br />
- 50 gr grated permesan<br />
- salt and pepper</p>
<p>Direction:</p>
<ol>
<li>Heat oven 180°</li>
<li>Chop shallot and garlic and sauté it. Add rice, stir</li>
<li>Add wine and Maggi’s water, salt and pepper. Mix it together and put it in oven for 15 min.</li>
<li>In a meantime dice pumpkin meat</li>
<li>After 15 mins, pick up the food from oven and put pumpkin and korn under the rice. Cook it again in oven for 15-25 minutes.</li>
<li>When it’s done, pick it up from oven, add spinach and butter. Stir</li>
<li>Add spinach, stir</li>
<li>Garnish it with cashew  nuts (original: pine nuts)</li>

5. At last, give ice cubes on each.</p>

- 1 sachet baking powder<br />
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar</p>
<p><strong>Direction:</strong></p>
<p>1. Put margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and mix it with mixer.<br />
2. When the sugar already smooth mixed, add flour and baking powder until all mixed<br />
3. Heat oven in 150° and bake it for one hour.</p>

<p><span lang="EN-US">1. Cook lamb a few minutes only to get the comsomme and then diced<br />
2. Heat oil, saute shallots and garlic. Add chillipaste, lemongrass, meat, turmeric, salt and peppers<br />
3. Add 3 glass of consomme, lime leaves and both soy sauces until meat tender<br />
4. At the end, add cabbage and tomato<br />
5. Pour fried shallots over when serve it<br />

- 3 Apples, peeled<br />
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (originally 1 tsp, but I don’t really like cinnamon taste)<br />

- 150 gr fresh grated coconut (if you buy the instant one, pour little bit hot water on it)<br />
- 100gr Java dark brown sugar<br />
- 100ml water<br />

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span lang="EN-US">Direction:</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">For the skin:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Mix all the ingredients except margarine into smooth batter. Spread thiny margarine into 20cm pan and make pancake with 2 tbs batter. No need to turn around the pancake.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">For the filling:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Mix all ingredients, cook in low heat. Constantly stirred for around 5 minute the mixture is dry. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Put around 2 teaspoon filling on the pancake and wrap it.<br />

- 4 eggs<br />
- 400ml plain milk<br />
- Salt<br />
- Sugar powde<br />
- Melted chocolate<br />
- Oil<br />
- 1 apple. Thin sliced</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US">1. Make batter from flour, egg and milk. Blend until smooth.<br />
2. Heat oil and pour batter into pan like omelet. I like it a little bit dick<br />
3. Pour sliced apple over it<br />
4. Serve with sugar powder or chocolate. </span></p>
